Drugs warrant, Altofts - You Said, We Did!

Dear Resident,

As a direct result of community intelligence regarding drug supply, raised by residents at recent PACT meetings, officers from Normanton & Featherstone NPT carried out drugs warrants at two residential addresses in the Altofts area yesterday evening.

A substantial quantity of Class A drugs was located along with several mobile phones and drug related paraphernalia. Two people were arrested for Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs.

We would like to thank those members of the community who reported these issues to us. We always act on credible information so if you would like to get involved, please join us at a PACT (Police & Communities Together) meeting where you can raise and discuss the issues that are important to you and your local community.
